Kaibo is a sweet natured willing to please Kelpie mix. Since coming into foster care, he is continuing to blossom into his best self, He is currently living with large breed dogs, cats, adults and primary aged children.

He has taken some time to build trust with males in particular and likes to demonstrate his vocal ability when he initially meets them and generally when he hears someone entering the property unknown to him, he will be sure to let alert you. Kaibo enjoys his daily walk/run on lead, in time would love a free run, recall around the house and garden are very good. On walks he has been wearing a halti, while he is still learning there is no need to pull or try to take the lead role.

Kaibo has mastered the doggy door, is toilet trained although has marked inside on first arrival likely due to another male dog being about. He has taken well to sleeping in his crate all night. Travels well in the car, loves water this includes a paddle in the doggy pool, and adores snuggles with the family in the evening.

Kaibo is seeking a home where he has plenty of attention and enrichment, he will be happy sleeping at your feet while you are cooking, watching tv or working away on the computer. He will be your shadow. His ideal home is where someone is around mostly as his human will be his rock over another dog. If left in a yard for a long period likely he will become restless likely remodel the garden and sing to the neighbours.
