Penny is a gentle soul. She was found dumped in a pet carrier. Initially, she is initially nervy but once she knows you she is a cuddler and so affectionate. She follows her carer around like a dog

Penny loves other cats. She is in foster with a Pomeranian whom she tolerates and occasionally teases
