ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS -- BONDED PAIR -- RAT EXPERIENCE NEEDED -- OLDER KIDS (See below for reason)

Meet Brittany and Tiffany! Or Britt and Tiff, or the naughty ladies. Two pretty girls that came in to our shelter heavily pregnant, it took about three days for these sisters to have their babies (10 and 11 babies in their respective litters!). They had been very patient mama's throughout their babies journeys, and we are happy to say that all of their offspring have found their forever homes, so now it's their turn! They are clearly rats who have had little handling experience and can sometimes get quite defensive of their homes, and while they will take food from hands and can be picked up; they can and will give the occasional nibble to taste, but also the 'please don't come near me' bite. We are recommending a home with rat experience, especially with rats with poor socialization. Photographs of your current set up will need to be provided at adoption.
