About BJ
Meet BJ,
BJ is a beautiful 8 month old Kelpie.
BJ was surrendered due to no fault of his own, he was picked up wandering and his owners did not come and collect him.
Shelter staff spoke to the breeder of BJ and have advised he comes from a very long line of working dogs, and has very good blood lines. Both BJ's parents and siblings are very good working dogs.
BJ is a very loveable, smart fella who is always happy to see you. As he is only young he will need a fair bit of training.
BJ will only be adopted to a home that can meet his daily needs. Whether that be a working dog home or a family that leads a very active lifestyle.
BJ gets on well with other dogs, cats and kids.

Adoption details
The adoption process at the Goulburn Mulwaree Animal Shelter is relatively easy. We ask that if you are interested in an animal, please apply via pet rescue, the Shelter staff will then review applications and phone selected applicants for a meet and greet. We do not take expressions of interest over the phone.
Once you have been selected as the right applicant for the animal, all that is required by you is to make a payment at the Animal Shelter by eftpos ONLY (Via phone can be arranged after a meet and greet with the animal), provide details for the microchip and registration paperwork and then pick up your future pet from the Council veterinary service provider once they have been de-sexed and vaccinated, if not already desexed and vaccinated (Council staff will advise you when the animal is booked in at the veterinary clinic.
The following are the re-homing fees for dogs and cats,
Entire Dog (to be desexed after adoption) - $280.00
De-sexed Dog (de-sexed by previous owner) - $180.00
Entire Cat (to be desexed after adoption) - $200.00
De-sexed Cat (de-sexed by previous owner) - $125.00

Microchipping (identification details will be placed on the NSW Companion Animal Register)
Lifetime Registration (within NSW)
Vaccination
Worm, flea & tick treatment
Vet Check
De-sexing (if required)
Special adoption pack (Full of goodies)
Please Note: All dogs and cats rescued from the Goulburn Mulwaree Animal Shelter are required to be de-sexed. Dogs and cats will not be sold as entire under any circumstances.
