About Matilda ~ Kelpie X Puppy(Eval. Enquiries 15/2/21)
Matilda is a 9 week old kelpie x cattle x border collie pup who will be available in a weeks time. Matilda is gentle natured and very sweet. She would rather snuggle on your lap then play with her mates.
Matilda will need plenty of exercise as she gets older and regular training and boundaries to make her the best family member she can be.
Matilda loves human company and will quite happily sleep for hours on your lap. Not sure how she'll fit as she grows bigger! She is a very healthy little puppy who has been raised in a home environment.
We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training. It would be a big plus if you have a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate for Matilda.
Matilda needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. She will be wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 8 years and older. You need good fencing with no small gaps.
As Matilda is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she will need to be returned to a local vet for desexing when she is approximately 5 months old.
