About Heath ~ 3mo Kelpie X Cattle Pup(On Trial 21/02/21)
Hi, I'm Heath. I'm a adorable Kelpie x Cattle dog. I'm 12 weeks old and full of wonder.
I enjoy playing with balls and toys, I love my doggy friends. I've even learnt that cats are not to bad, but when they hiss at me I find them a little scary.
My main concern is humans. I do find them a little scary but I'm starting to think that they are not to bad...
I would love a family that could really show me how good it is to be a part of a loving home. I need to see that humans are fun to be around and that I don't need to worry. I do know the small humans are great to run around with and they are not as scary as the big ones. They even throw a ball for me to chase.
I'm a very smart boy though, I sit and they give me yummy treats, even when I lay down. It's such a fun game to play..
My ideal family would spend alot of time with me. We will go for walks and play at the park and beach. I would love to have a doggy friend to play with aswell. I think it will help boost my confidence alot. A big yard is a must as I don't like to be couped up in small spaces. I have lots of energy and need to run around to use it up. I would love to go to puppy preschool and I would love to learn alot of new tricks so please teach me as many as you can.
My foster family has been introducing me to all sorts of animals here on the farm. I have been such a good boy. But it's now time to find a special family that will show me lots of love and understand I need time to get to know them.
If you think I might be your perfect match, you can contact my amazing foster mum Amanda at amanda.rescue1@gmail.com
Heath is located in the Hebden NSW (west of Newcastle NSW) To apply to adopt Heath, fill out the adoption form here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
Once submitted, please allow 48-72hrs for a response from our dedicated carers.
Heaths adoption fee is $600, he is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated, and he is up to date with all worming and flea treatment.
Medical notes
As Heath is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens as he will need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he is approximately 5 months old. Unfortunately this means that we will not allow interstate or out of area adoption.
