Pebbles is a gentle snuggler who prefers a quiet environment with good company. She loves to follow you when you leave the room and who can resist all that FLUFF! Pebbles loves playing with laser pointers and annoying her sister, Ash, whenever she gets the chance!
She MUST be kept indoors with a family that understands her needs and can give her all the love, attention and snuggles in the world.
Pebbles has unfortunately needed multiple stays in hospital during her short life, please read her medical notes below prior to applying.

Before applying to meet one of our cats, please ensure that
- you have the agreement of all members of the household to adopt a Cat
- you have your landlords permission to keep a pet. More information on what to do is available at https://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/housing/renting/applying-for-a-rental-property-or-room/pets-and-renting
- you have all the necessary bits and pieces to welcome your new family member, starting with a cat carrier to bring them home, a litter tray, litter, food and bowls as well as a bed, toys and scratchers
- you are ready to welcome them home NOW.
We are unable to hold a cat for you if you are not ready to adopt.

Medical notes
The adoption fee includes desexing, microchip, current vaccination, flea and worm treatment while in care.
Pebbles has an undiagnosed medical condition that was initially thought to be a vitamin deficiency.
After vaccinations she has developed neurological signs including tremors, inability to walk and loss of balance. Both times requiring a stay in hospital afterwards.
These are not normal vaccination reactions and are believed to be tied to a rare underlying condition our vets have not been able to identify.
It is recommended Pebbles be kept indoor only and on a good quality diet to ensure she receives her nutritional needs.
Maneki Neko Cat Rescue would like to help ensure you and your new companion have a long and happy life together.
If you should find that you are not a purrfect match - or if you need to rehome your cat at any stage of its life - Maneki Neko Cat Rescue will take the cat back into care and find a new home.
Maneki Neko Cat Rescue provides a 7 day health warranty on all adoptions.
Although all our cats and kittens are health checked prior to adoption, sometimes the stress of a new environment can upset their immune system.
