About Brady
I’m Brady and I’m looking for a new family to call my own.
APPLICATION PROCESS APPLIES FOR Brady
PLEASE COMPLETE THE BELOW FORM
https://forms.gle/t3PniDNESDDYen696
NOTE: You are unable to meet Brady until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant.
What I need in my new home:
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• Rides in the car
• To be allowed inside with my family
• I am a clever young but can be a bit shy at times, someone who will work on my confidence with me is a must.
• Secure Fencing
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
• Lots of love and attention
• I can be shy at first so I need a family who’ll allow me to grow in confidence in my own time
• I can be unsure around other dogs so perhaps being an only dog for now would be best but with lots of socialising with other dogs so I get grow in confidence around them.
Things that I don’t want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• A family with young kids due to my shy & timid nature
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car
My best features:
• Housetrained
• I love the beach & playing in water & with the hose
• Very playful once I am comfortable
• Gentle & placid
• I know commands sit, stay & stop
• I love toys, especially balls & playing fetch!
• I walk well on lead
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• I have had some basic obedience training and am a generally well-mannered dog. I am clever and eager to learn so would love a family who will teach me some cool tricks
Where I need to improve / Training required:
• I am shy at first with new people and in new environments so will require a family who will take their time allowing me to settle in and continue on with my socialization
• I can be reactive to other dogs when on lead - further training and socialization should help this.
• I do suffer from separation anxiety and become quiet vocal after long periods of time so a person that has a lot of time for me and can include me in as many daily activities is a must.
• I am very pushy at doors and will try and get past you to run out - more training is needed
• Unsure in new situations – more socializing is needed
• I am wary of strangers initially and will bark at them - especially men with grey hair - further socialization is required
