Meet Holden! A recent graduate of our behavioural program, Holden is looking for a new home to call his own. Holden is slowly getting used to the idea of living like a domestic cat. Trapped in a humane cat trap after hanging around peoples houses late at night, it's taken him some time to settle into the shelter. He has slowly come around to the idea of head scratches and chin boops, and is looking for a home with people with timid cat experience. He will settle in beautifully to a home and bond with his new people given the chance, but just needs someone to take the leap for him. Holden has contracted FIV through his life as a street cat, and we are recommending (due to the nature of the disease) that he be an indoor only cat (or at least have a secure cat run to explore). He will need to be the only pet, and will not cope in a household with children of any age.
