About Sandi
SANDI
I was named Sandi as I spent a lot of my time (before I became a SAFE dog) waiting around the resorts by the beautiful Cable Beach sands. Those days I was sad, scared and lonely, always hungry, not knowing what life had in store for me.
Now I'm a smart and playful young lady who has learned all the basics commands very very quickly; I need a lovely person to carry on with my education, occasionally I forget my name and that I need to come back but every day this gets better and better.
I have learned so much with my foster mum and my foster fur brother, not least that I sometimes need to take things slowly with other dogs if I want them to play with me. I've been going to the dog park and I love it, I'm calm with other dogs and happy. I've been with my fur brother for a few weeks now and we follow each other everywhere.
I'm super friendly towards people and children, I'm still trying to understand children need me to be a little bit gentle, I'm never aggressive just a little exuberant sometimes but I'm working on it.
I love love love the beach and the ocean (who doesn't?) but my favourites are cuddles, kisses and tummy rubs - will you be my friend and rub my tummy while I snuggle up to you? Adopt me now and we can snuggle the winter away.
