About Jiji ~ 5 month old female kitten
Jiji like her name sake is willing to be your partner in witchcraft or domestic duties. Once comfortable she purrs like there is no tomorrow and is easily mistaken for a small motor. Jiji loves to be the centre of attention and will insert herself into your path and daily activities, she is also a vocal girl and is always up for a chat.
Jiji would love nothing more than to curl up in a lap and sleep, she is extremely affectionate and loves to sleep with her human companions. Jiji can be pushy around human food and will require gentle encouragement toward acceptable behaviours. Jiji is a climber and will need adequate and safe climbing spaces as she will resort to problematic spaces like bookshelves and curtains.
Jiji is energetic and playful progressing amazingly despite not having socialisation prior to January 8th. Jiji is a social kitten who craves attention but can be shy around new people. Because of this Jiji will need a patient family to foster her confidence and continue to gain her trust.
Jiji would best suit a home without a family dog as she can be frightened easily but having a friendly cat would be a bonus. Since Jiji is still a little shy we feel children over the age of 10 years old would be best suited for her. While she is shy, she is a very social girl so would not suit a home on her own for extended periods of time. Jiji must be an inside girl unless there is a secure cat enclosure.
Jiji is located in Maitland and patiently waiting for her forever home. Her adoption fee is $200 which includes her microchip, vaccination and desexing.
