Our gorgeous boy Shadow was adopted into a loving home 2 years ago. Sadly, his owner has passed away and our boy is in need of a new best friend. He is not coping where he is due to being alone too much and he really misses that one on one time with his human.
Shadow is a serious snugly love bug! His whole purpose in life is to be with his humans and give them loads of love and snuggles. He is happy to go wherever you go.
He is looking for a loving home where someone is home more often than not and where his people/person has plenty of time to devote to him and include him in their daily life. He would not cope in a home where he is left in a yard alone all day.
Shadow loves humans and is fine with other dogs. He would prefer to be an only dog so he can have his humans all to himself, but with the right introduction and guidance he would possibly be ok in homes with calm, friendly dogs of similar age/energy levels. However, he does not like cats. He weighs 21kgs.
He loves to go for at one or two walks a day to explore and sniff all the things and playtime in the yard would also be great!
His new human/s must allow him to be inside their home with them and to sleep inside.
Our gorgeous boy is really in need of a new best buddy and just want to be a wonderful companion to someone again. 💚

We ask that before you apply for one of our animals, you take the time to think through all aspects of having a pet in your home to ensure it is the right thing for both your family and the animal, now and in the future. Please consider how you would approach changes in your home that may affect your pet and how dedicated you would be to keeping/helping your animal when faced with any issues that may arise in the future.

We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in to see if it is the right match.
Before adoption, all of our animals are health checked, vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, flea/worm treated and heart worm tested (where appropriate).
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
