Hi my name is Stratus. A proper Pilbara bush baby Stratus had a rough start. He is still a bit sensitive to sudden, loud noises and is learning that being picked up for cuddles is a good thing. He is growing into a handsome, long tabby with super soft fur and yellow green eyes.

Watching him change from a tiny trembling kitten into a leggy boy who plays and purrs has been a joy. Every week he grows and settles more into himself - energetic, boisterous and affectionate.

He now curls up on the couch or lounges all over me for cuddles whilst purring madly, and trails after me from room to room chirping all the while. Stratus isn't only full of cuddles, he also goes mad for hunting and batting toys; thoroughly enjoys attacking my toes under the sheets and tears around the house chasing and wrestling with his older foster brother.

He quickly took to his foster bother and that has really helped bring him out of his shell. As a result he would do well with another cat but isn't suited for a house with young children or dogs.

Flying for a few hours is very important for animals in remote locations because it gives us the opportunity to be adopted. Talk to SAFE about flying me to Perth  - or with another kitten too because we can fly in the same crate!
