Axel ~ 2yo Blue Staffy (On Trial 14/02/21)

If you have ever wanted a blockhead ball of love then Axel is your man. This handsome boy is a 3yr Old Blue Staffy who is searching for is pawfect forever home.

Axel is a happy young little pocket rocket who just wants nothing more than to be with his humans. He is not the biggest American staffy you have ever seen but makes up for it with personality. He is great with kids of all ages and considers himself one of them anyway!

He walks really well on lead and is food motivated (with the right food) which will help in his further training as he grows. He loves playing tug o war and anything with rope on it and a human on the other end. Apart from humans water is favourite thing to play in and with! His shell pool and hose are his best mates and hours of fun!

Axel currently lives with another female staffy and while he gets along with her he has had a few scuffles with resources that has caused concern so he is best off as an only dog for right now. We believe he would love to be the centre of someone's world and not have to compete for affection. He isn't worried about other dogs when he is on a walk but still not a dog suitable for a dog park or dog beach right now.

Axel currently sleeps and lives outside so he would love to be able to be inside with his family whenever possible. He would need help understanding where the toilet is also if allowed inside. Now here is the deal breaker Axel needs a minimum of 6ft fencing, nothing climbable. He has been a bit of an escape artist and is a good climber given the chance. He can easily reach 5ft. Having said that with regular exercise, enrichment and attention he will settle into a new home routine.

Axel’s adoption fee is $500, he is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated, and he is up to date with all worming and flea treatment. He comes with all paperwork.
