About Stanley
Please meet Stanley,
This beautiful boy is after a loving family to call his own.
Stanley is a gentle and affectionate boy, always happy to be with his people and learn some new skills using reward based training methods.
His ideal home would be made up of a family who are happy to have a big boofy boy such as himself, he could also live with a friendly female dog but no cats or small animals please.
Stanley would ideally like a backyard to spend time in, but will need to be welcomed inside as a true family member.
*We have recently discovered that Stanley has Hip Dysplasia, this condition requires life long management as well as gentle walks, no stairs and joint care food/supplements. Please be aware that this will require on going care and may progress in the future*
If you would like to give Stanley his second chance, please apply now!
**Application Process** When on the Pet Rescue profile push the "enquire about this pet" button. Follow the prompts to "send enquiry now" and in the message section please place information about the home you can provide. Include current/past pets and their breed, children including ages that live with you or visit, and any other information relevant to training/exercise/energy requirements. The information you provide helps us match the dog you've applied for to the most suitable home. We use this information in lieu of an application form. We do not take applications for dogs over the phone. We aim to reply to all applications within 5 business days. All of our dog meet and greets occur at the adoption center in Craigieburn. The majority of our dogs are in a foster home not at the shelter so you need to apply via the website to meet them. Thank you. www.secondchanceanimalrescue.com.au ...because they all deserve one!
