Hello, my name is Prince! I've been told that I'm a beautiful boy and that the shelter humans are incredibly proud of my progress, which makes me feel very happy. But I'm getting ahead of myself. Let me tell you my story. I came into the shelter in poor condition with quite a few of my other kitty friends. We were all extremely fearful of humans as we had not had the joy of experiencing positive interactions with people, nor the joy of living in a typical happy home. It has been a journey so far, and my new family will have to understand that I do still have a way to go. I am asking for a patient, quiet home where I can take my time to bond with my new people and become comfortable and confident in my surroundings. Things that are considered 'normal' in a household that you may not think are scary such as the noise of a vacuum cleaner or washing machine may at first frighten me, as its unlikely that I have encountered these things before. I may be suitable to live with other pets, but with a slow introduction to ensure we all feel safe and secure. I'm just looking for a home that will treat me with the kindness and respect that I now know I deserve. If you are interested in meeting me (or my other friends) I would love to meet you!
