About Jana
Jana is a happy social girl who loves people & gets on well with most other dogs.
She is a large girl but has had some training & will do as instructed when she is in the mood!
She loves her cuddles & thrives on praise, so can be easy to train.
Jana is strong, but can be walked well on a lead, how ever an experienced owner of large dogs will be beneficial to every one!
She loves water & is very happy to have a paddle pool or deeper to lie in.
Medical notes
Jana has sensitive skin & is allergic to some types of grasses, but can be controlled with antihistamines.
At the moment she is on anti inflammatories as she twisted her back legs climbing over a fence to play with some other dogs!
The medications appear to be working, but she should be kept to short walks & swimming would be a very good exercise for her to help build up her leg muscles.
Adoption details
If you would like to adopt a country pet there are a few requirements.
A chat with the foster carer is the first step to determine if the pet is the right one for you and your lifrstyle. A yard check while having a meet and greet is the next step and if all is satisfactory for all parties the adoption can go ahead.
The perfect home for each individual pet is essential, and the decision about which new home the pet goes to is made by the foster carer.
