Frankie is on the look out for a new home, this fella can be a little shy when first meeting new people but soon warms up to you. He has been good around his fur siblings and loves to play with his ball or moo cow toy. Frankie doesn’t mind being inside and is house trained, he is also happy to chill outside when needed. He was living with teenagers prior to coming to us and was said to be no problem. He has also met a toddler and while cautious of the loud child was polite (always supervised around young children tho)
He can become stressed during thunder storms and fire works so will need a place he knows he is safe in other wise he will cry and howl if he doesn’t. Frankie will need further training to help build a strong bond with his new owners. He has the basics and will shake your hand, he needs a firm but guiding hand as if he knows he can get away with it he will.
Suggested NO cats as he will chase them given half a chance, while he is getting better with cats he needs full supervision at all times with them. Frankie loves going for drives in the car and going on hikes.

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS
1. You see a dog you like.
2. Fill in our online adoption form by clicking here or on our website. Be sure to include any questions you may have on our adoption form. This form does not obligate you to adopt, it simply gives us an idea of your situation and needs.

3. If your are successful, one of our volunteers will contact you to organise a meet and greet at your home and conduct a yard check at the same time.
4. Should all go to plan, you will be welcomed to start your 2 week trial period immediately. Adoption fee will be required to be paid at the beginning of the trial period.
During the 2 week trial period, should you decide that this dog is not for you, you are welcome to return the dog (the more notice the better, to ensure we have a foster carer available) and your payment will be retunded to you in full, within 3 business days of the return of the dog.

We are a volunteer run organisation, who have their own jobs during the day, we don't have someone manning our phones 24/7, therefore cannot respond to all inquiries immediately. The fastest way to have your questions answered is to include it in the application form. This will speed up your application with us, and help us communicate with you faster.
Please be patient with us, as the unpredictable nature of rescue may prevent us from clearing all enquiries regularly.
