Hi everyone, my name is Alaska! My foster Mumma calls me part kangaroo because I love to leap and hop over my foster siblings when I get super dooper excited, I'm just so happy these days I can't contain it! I'm a loyal lovebug and would make a fantastic companion for someone who I can call my own. My foster Mumma says that I'm a high energy girl and would be perfect for an active family or another furry sibling that loves to play so we can both burn off our energy together.
I'm learning my manners everyday and my smaller foster sister and brother are teaching me how to play nicely with dogs of all sizes. I can sit very well for my food and for pats, I'm getting the hang of toilet training and can go on command when my human reminds me. I'm still working on my recall when there's distractions but I will do almost anything for some yummy snacks. I can sleep quietly in my crate overnight or happily outside but I would love best to be close to my humans. Like all dogs, I would benefit from ongoing training and strong leadership to make sure I can be the best girl I can be!
