With her cute little black patch over one eye, Minnie is a standout kitten with a pretty face and a gentle heart.

Of all her sisters (Sunny and Coco, soon to be listed on Pet Rescue), Minnie is the quietest of the litter. She is much more reserved than her siblings and likes to sit back and observe before deciding that she wants to join in most things.

Minnie has a beautiful sprit but she does come across as quite shy until you get to know her – and she gets to know you. You will have to work a little to win this girl over but the rewards for doing so are many.

Minnie is a very intelligent girl who has a high level of concentration – which makes her ideal to play games with. She is lightning quick and really loves to chase dangling fishing rod toys and as well as toy mice and balls.

Minnie is very engaging with people when she trusts you, and she will look you in the eye and hold her gaze as if she’s trying to work out everything about you.

Because of her quiet and gentle nature Minnie needs a home to match. She would be really great in a home of only adults, a single person or a family with older teenage children.

Minnie gets along well with the older cats in her foster home but she is untested on dogs, so we do not recommend she goes to a home with dogs.

Minnie would not do well in an active home with young children, as this would cause her to retreat and withdraw. What she needs is patient people willing to let this pretty calico girl let her guard down at her own pace.
