There’s never a dull moment in time spent with Aela – this is one entertaining young girl who brims with confidence and a fun-loving cattitude.

Aela (pronounced A-lah) came into our care after her owner discovered she was pregnant and didn’t want her anymore. Thankfully this gave Aela the chance to have her babies in a loving environment with us. And she raised her four kittens in safety and comfort.

Aela was a great mum but boy was she happy when her kitten duties were over! Aela loves being her own kitty forging her own way in the world. She is a wonderful mix of intelligence, affection and curiousity – she loves to explore and investigate everything but also knows what her boundaries are and where the cuddles are.

Aela would make for a wonderful only cat (she has dominant tendancies) as she is very engaging with her person. And with her pretty light brown and pale ginger tabby short-hair coat and her petite frame, Aela is a very cute total package of purry love.

Still quite young herself (she’s just 14 months old), Aela is ready to move on to the next happy chapter in her life with someone who has love to give her. In return, Aela will give you plenty of purrs, head bops and cuddles.

Aela is a funny girl with lots of quirks (she’s obsessed with bags and loves to put toys in shoes as a surprise!) so she will keep the whole family entertained. She is also very good at communicating.

Aela would be fine with teenage children who are respectful of animals. She doesn't get upset when someone gets in her personal space, she doesn't scratch, she just purrs happily. She is a very gentle girl.

She would also make a great fur child to a home of just adult/s.

This is one pretty kitty who really likes to sleep on the bed – she’s not one to be locked away in a laundry or other room at night - and she likes to seek out your warm lap while you work or watch movies. She makes for a wonderful companion.

Aela has not been tested on dogs so we do not recommend she goes to a home with a dog/s.
