About "Sarg"
Meet “Sarg”, he is a bright and happy boy. He loves to play and hang out with both humans and animal friends. Sarg is an adventurer and loves the outdoors and will happily spend time exploring a big back yard. He is good walking on lead for such a young pup and he knows how to sit and drop. He sleeps in his crate at night and is doing well with his toileting.
Sarg has been in foster with other dogs, a cat, and also horses, he is a gentle boy that would also be good around kids (as long as they are willing to explore with him lol) He will grow to be a large strong dog so training is a must and those with little ones will need to know how to keep them sae around a big clutsy pup so they don’t get knocked.
Sarg absolutely LOVES his food so will be easy to train via rewards. A condition of our adoption agreement is that all dogs adopted from Chally MUST be put through obedience training, if you cannot meet this commitment please do not apply. All our dogs deserve the chance to be the very best they can be, and we will choose homes that will ensure this is the case.
IF YOU CAN TICKALL THE BELOW BOXES, PLEASE POP IN AN ADOPTION APPLICATION FOR US TO CONSIDER.
• You have a large yard.
• Sarg won’t be alone more than 5hrs-
• You will allow Sarg to be part of the family and allow him access to indoors.
• You WILL enrol him in obedience training.
• You WILL provide him with daily exercise AND mental stimulation.
• You have experience with his breeds or have thoroughly researched them.
Applications with extensive details on the lifestyle you will offer Bull, will be considered. Please note if you provide basic details only, we will be unable to process your application sorry.
Adoption details
All forms (including foster and adoption) can be found at the following link:
http://www.challyanimalrescue.org.au/adopt.php
** Only applications submitted via this link will be considered **
Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
