About Gordi
Meet Gordi,
Gordi is a beautiful 1.5 year old red Australian cattle dog. Gordi was surrendered due to no fault of his own. Gordi was picked up wandering and his humans decided to surrender him.
Gordi is a lovely, affectionate, loyal young guy who absolutely loves his ball. If you have the ball, you have his undivided attention and he will chase it all day long, bringing it back to you with a flick for you to catch it. He has a lot of energy so his perfect home is with a family who leads an active lifestyle. Gordi would love to go on all the adventures and be very well behaved. Gordi is great around kids and the ladies, and has become more confident around men, he was very scared when he first arrived at the shelter, but he has become super confident and cant wait to see the Shelter staff in the mornings for his morning ball game fun. this guy has done a whole 360 and is not the same boy he walked in as.
If you are looking for a loyal lifetime companion, Gordi is you boy!!! He will be protective and loyal to those he loves and trusts.
Gordi is looking for his forever home with a family that can spend the time and give him the love he deserves.

Adoption details
The adoption process at the Goulburn Mulwaree Animal Shelter is relatively easy. We ask that if you are interested in an animal, please apply via pet rescue, the Shelter staff will then review applications and phone selected applicants for a meet and greet. We do not take expressions of interest over the phone.
Once you have been selected as the right applicant for the animal, all that is required by you is to make a payment at the Animal Shelter by eftpos ONLY (Via phone can be arranged after a meet and greet with the animal), provide details for the microchip and registration paperwork and then pick up your future pet from the Council veterinary service provider once they have been de-sexed and vaccinated, if not already desexed and vaccinated (Council staff will advise you when the animal is booked in at the veterinary clinic.
The following are the re-homing fees for dogs and cats,
Entire Dog (to be desexed after adoption) - $280.00
De-sexed Dog (de-sexed by previous owner) - $180.00
Entire Cat (to be desexed after adoption) - $200.00
De-sexed Cat (de-sexed by previous owner) - $125.00
The following is included with all sales,
Microchipping (identification details will be placed on the NSW Companion Animal Register)
Lifetime Registration (within NSW)
Vaccination
Worm, flea & tick treatment
Vet Check
De-sexing (if required)
Special adoption pack (Full of goodies)
Please Note: All dogs and cats rescued from the Goulburn Mulwaree Animal Shelter are required to be de-sexed. Dogs and cats will not be sold as entire under any circumstances.
