URGENT: A special home needed for a special little lap cat.

This charming little tortie lap cat is KATE. She was adopted from ARK about a year ago after being rescued from the pound with her six kittens.

Sadly and through no fault of her own, Kate's back with ARK and is very clearly missing the love and attention of her former owner, plus the Queen-size bed she'd become accustomed to.

What makes Kate special is that she's missing some toes on her right front foot. At some time in her short life, she must have suffered an injury that resulted in those toes being amputated.

But she's not held back in any way by her disability. She is mobile, active and blissfully unaware of the injury she once sustained.

This delightful cat is content around dogs and other cats and just loves human company. She is very happy to sit on your lap for cuddles and chats.

She lives indoors-exclusively and is litter-trained.

Kate's adoption fee is $220 and she is desexed, vaccinated and microchipped.
