About Charles
Gorgeous Charles the Pointer x is adoption ready ❤
We know so many of you have been waiting for this update.
Charles was one of our Emergency Christmas Save dogs and the sight of this beautiful baby weighed down by a heavy rusty chain as he climbed off transport is a sight we shall never forget.
The horror of the chain made us catch our breath .. but this was quickly replaced absolute admiration for this bouncy excitable baby who just stole everyone’s heart instantly.
His total joy at being free was breathtaking.
That night at home with his foster family with the chain removed .. Charles continued to win heart after heart.
You just cannot fail to fall in love with Charles who is just so loving and affectionate.
He gets on super well with his foster brother who is a staffy x and adores playtime especially if water and the beach are involved.
He has quickly adapted to life as an inside family boy and loves to sit, lie, lean and sleep by your side.
He has learnt his basic manners but will need ongoing training – he is prone to being a food thief and can bowl you over with excitement when he has not seen you for an hour or two.
He is toilet trained and only barks to warn.
Charles is an active dog and true to his breed is super smart.
We are looking for a family that can meet his needs both mentally and physically .. he is no couch potato (unless its snuggle time.)

Charles is still only a pup at about 16 months old.
He is desexed, has been vaccinated to date and is microchipped as well as flea and worm treated.
His adoption fee is $575 and he is in foster care at Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast.

Adoption details
The adoption fee includes desexing, microchipping, first vaccination, worming and flea treatment, current at time of adoption.
Our cats are to be indoor only, we figure this is a big step towards keeping them out of the pound!
Our dogs are to be inside/outside dogs, allowed to be inside at night and in poor weather conditions, included in the family, not left in the yard.
Adoption process includes a meet and greet followed by a home visit ( in your home) by one of our team. Photo ID will also be required upon application.
