About Gilbert
Hi I'm Gilbert. I'm a highly energetic boy, who does get a little nervous. I'm looking for a new family who can keep up with me. I enjoy learning new tricks. I'm very eager to learn but no one has taught me much yet. ! Everything you do, I'll want to do to. Think of me as your partner in crime. Take me for a big walk every day, and I promise to snuggle up with you in the evenings. I'm a naturally playful, curious and trusting dog. If you like smooches and giving lots of pats, I'm the dog for you! I love children but sometimes I play too rough, so would be better suited to a home with bigger kids.

Adoption details
RSPCA Victoria operates on an adoption-by-application model. When browsing our available animals, there is an option to submit an application to adopt. Once an application has been submitted, the applicant will be contacted with information on next steps. Please note we will be unable to book adoption appointments at our sites unless this application has been received.
