Spartacus

Sparty is a friendly teddy bear who absolutely loves meeting new people/dogs and loves a good ol chew toy filled with peanut butter! This boy is so so loving and enjoys his kisses and cuddles. We constantly refer to him as a “fat boy” while we pat his tummy as he will eat anything and everything. Sparty loves his scratches and does enjoy some grooming. Sparty gets so excited that he wont even hear a word you are saying especially if there’s a bird in his view, forget it!! He’s a good boy however and sits when he is told. However he will need further training on his listening skills.

Sparty is very smart and loving. Often he is approached by strangers and he loves the attention, he is one of the friendliest dogs ever. He also interacts well with other dogs. He has been approached by dogs and he gets super excited. He just wants to play and run around. Sparty would enjoy some company and a submissive female would be his perfect friend. Sparty loves chilling outside however doesn’t like doing so alone. He does get quite bored on his own and will cry at the door until you join him outside. Some toys will be needed with this boy! Adding to this, sparty is an inside dog however he does need access to the backyard to do his business, but he sleeps inside. He enjoys sleeping on his bed beside our bed or ontop of our bed. He just loves a warm comfy spot. Sparty is a dream dog, he loves to cuddle, play, loves meeting new people and is a dream to walk.

Sparty would love the company of a female submissive dog that he can live life with. He does enjoy human interaction however he does need a lot of stimulation as he does get quite excited and he really loves being around other dogs. He enjoys his walks however they don’t have to be too long just aslong as he sees the world and meets people for an hour or so.

Sparty is not fussy with his meals and does eat anything you give him but he always loves a sneaky fresh chicken. Sparty will need further training with his commands and his listening skills as stated before but he does have the potential as he is a really intelligent dog but does get distracted easily.

Sparty’s perfect home would ideally be one with a submissive friend, lots of chew toys, lots of stimulation and interaction, lots of cuddles and love, and a good amount of exercise. With all this, sparty has the ability to thrive to his best potential. He is overall an excellent dog and will make his future home a very happy one!
