About Lolly -Desexed and Vaccinated
Lolly was dumped at the pound by her owner, and we rescued her from death row. The poor girl was very frightened and days off giving birth to five beautiful babies. We have spent a lot of time gaining her trust while she has been rearing her babies, and she has had a wonderful change and now enjoys our company. She is even getting quite good at being picked up, although she did not like it at first. Lolly will need a patient adult home which will continue to treat her with the respect she deserves. We're sure she would love to be rehomed with one of her babies, because of all the mother rabbits we have had in rescue, she has undoubtable been the best and most diligent mum. All her babies have thrived in her care. Update 7. 10. 10: all of lolly's babies have now found their new homes, but sadly she still waits. Lolly is a bunny social girl. Although she runs away from other bunnies at first, she soon settles and makes friends easily. She isn't the least aggresive, and is such a good girl. Medical notes
Vaccinated -please note that due to the release of calici virus on march the 1st, 2010, all bunnies adopted from us will be vaccinated. Please allow for an increase in the adoption fee to cover this large expense. Desexing normally costs anywhere from $100-$360. Vaccinations are from $40-80 (costs differ between vet clinics). Therefore please don't try to haggle the price of the animal for adoption. If you can't afford the adoption fee, you certainly wont afford the ongoing costs associated with animals
