About Tahlita
Introducing Tahlita
We are so excited to announce that our pups are ready for meet and Greets this weekend and ready for their forever homes shortly after.
We know our followers have been desperately waiting to meet all 18 of our little treasures.
Its Tahlias turn.
Lets all just take a deep breath here.
Tahlita ( aka Tilly or Lita) .. is she not the most beautiful girl you have ever seen?
She may have the looks of a supermodel, but this baby is a true to her working dog genes – a real down in the dirt Tomboy.
Super smart and inquisitive, Tilly is a busy little bee .. always looking for the next adventure.
Frequently has her nose in things she shouldn’t .. or is in places she shouldn’t be.
Tilly keeps you on your toes that’s for sure.
Speaking of toes – chasing the human variety and swinging off trouser legs is a current favourite pastime.
Tilly is heaps of fun and is just the cheekiest sweetest girl.
But she is super smart and had a lot of energy to burn.
She really needs an active family who have some working dog experience.
Puppy school would be great for her and she would excel at flyball, agility etc.
She is dog friendly but may be too high energy for a placid or older dog – she can also be a bit of a bossy boots but she is still just a baby.
Tilly will be just the best dog ever – for the right family.
Currently just 8 weeks old she is a happy healthy baby who is sure to break a lot of hearts.
Tilly must be allowed full access to the home and be part of the family.
She sleeps through the night and is working really hard on her manners.
Her toilet training is coming along well but she is still a tiny baby so her forever home should expect an accident here and there.
Tilly is in Foster care at Strathpine
Important Information –
If you do wish to meet Tilly please send us a message – we miss comments at times
We do limit meets to the best matches from applications so please do take time when messaging us to tell us about yourself and the lifestyle you can offer Tilly
Do not be afraid to sell yourself
Sometimes a pup will have 2 or 3 meets to ensure a perfect match. so please bear in mind a meet does not guarantee adoption will proceed.
We have been advised that these pups are from 2 different litters and are kelpie x
That is truly all we know.
Some pups are bigger than others – some look to have cattle dog – some maybe Labrador – some perhaps staffy.
All so different in looks and personalities but all so very special in their own way.
Each one has been sent to make a family complete and we have a huge responsibility to find each one their perfect family.
We know it’s so easy to get lost in the cuteness but please do take the time to read the personality information to ensure a match to your family before applying.
As is the case with rescued babies, we can offer no guarantees on breed or how big they may or may not get.
If you do chose to apply to adopt one of our precious babies, please ensure you are happy for them to grow to
small – medium
medium - medium
or
bigger - medium
and will love them forever regardless.
All our pups have had their first vaccination and are microchipped.
They are fully wormed and parasite treated and if big enough will have been flea / tick treated.
Their adoption fee is $650 and will cover their next vaccination at the end of January and desexing at our partner vets when old enough.
The third vaccination is not covered by rescue and will be due at the end of February.
Thank You 🍀
