About 4548 – Mr Grey
🖤🤍 MEET MR GREY 🤍🖤
Hello, my name is Mr Grey. As I’m sure you can see, I’m quite a handsome fella with striking grey fur and piercing green eyes. I’ve been in care for a little bit now after being found wandering the streets in quite a bad way, but now that I’m all healthy and handsome again, I’m ready to find my furever home.
Nature
I can be a bit shy with new people, but it doesn’t take me long to warm up to them and come asking for a pat. I enjoy scratches all down my back from my ears to the base of my tail, and I’m not opposed to chin scratches either. You might like to know, I don’t have a mean bone in my body! I like to spend my days snoozing away on the couch, or even on the window sills where I can enjoy the heat from the sun in the safety of indoors. Due to spending most of my life roaming the streets, my foster mum thinks it would be best for me to be kept as an indoor only cat where I’m safe and can be loved and spoilt rotten - although I’m sure an enclosed cat run would be quite good too!
Companions (Cats/Dogs/Children)
I enjoy the company of other cats, so another cat in my forever home would be great. However, I think I would be fine as an only cat provided my new family gives me lots of attention. I haven’t met children yet, but I think I could learn to live with them as long as my new family is okay with me being a bit shy to begin with (loud noises may make me take a bit longer to settle in). I haven’t met dogs, but with slow introductions I’m sure I could learn to live with one.
Likes/Dislikes
I’m not a fan of loud noises, as they make me a little bit scared. I’m learning to trust my foster family more and more each day, and slowly gaining confidence in a home environment. I’m a gentle boy and have never so much as hissed at my foster mum. I like pats, and I love my food - I’m not a fussy eater. As long as it’s put in front of me, I’ll eat it! I’m litter trained, however I’m quite a big cat so I need a big tray to make sure I don’t accidentally miss!
Mr Grey’s PURR-fect forever home would be an indoor only home where he can lay and soak up the sun, enjoy the aircon on hot days, and live out the rest of his life feeling safe and loved.
