About Mallory Knox
Are you looking for a fluff machine that loves to play and enjoys the odd snuggle? Look no further, 'Mad Mallory' is the kitten for you! She plays hard and naps hard!
Mallory can make a game out of literally anything: toys, the scratching post, her foster Pawpy, her foster brother, the bathroom mat, the air... She'd do very well with another playful cat in the house; she loves to chase/be chased and roughhouse with her Foster Pawpy - she's very brave as he's 5x her size! She'll literally play for hours and then suddenly zonk out and sleep for hours before beginning the cycle again.
Mallory adores her Foster Pawpy and will follow him around and do whatever he's doing and eat whatever he's eating. She loves bunting him and will suckle on him and fall asleep. If you have a gentle cat, Mallory will love them.
Mallory is learning to sit on laps. She's gone from not trusting humans to allowing her foster carer to pick her up, clip her claws and give her kissies! When she's just been fed, she loves a little snuggle and when it's quiet she'll jump on your lap and make some biscuits while suckling herself.
Mallory is really going to be a great all-rounder as she loves to play and she'll be a big snuggle bunny when she grows up. She has the absolute softest fur and this sweet girl is going to be a floof ball!

To adopt a cat from Cat People you'll be required to have a remote or in-person house check done, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Cats from our group are all are vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being taken home by their adopters. Additionally, all of our cats have been evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and well socialised. Please note: all Cat People cats and kittens are indoor only, this is not negotiable.
We will communicate with you through every step of the adoption process to ensure that your experience (and the cat's) is excellent and that you are confident in your decision to adopt a feline companion. Returns are only accepted due to health issues confirmed by a veterinarian.
We only accept adoptions from people with residency in Australia. If you are on a work or student visa, talk to us about fostering with the group instead!
