About Barbara
Barbara is an active little lady who just loves to play! It's definitely her favourite part of the day, and give her anything hanging on a piece of string and she'll think it's Christmas all over again!
When she's not busy playing, Barbara loves getting tummy rubs and being scratched all over, purring very loudly to show her enjoyment and affection. She will also go crazy over raw food, so it's a great treat to reward her for good behaviour.
Barbara is great at lounging around in all sorts of places, including any place with sunshine, on the cat tree, on top of a towel, under the chair you're sitting on, or just a random spot on the floor.
Being a social little kitten, Barbara would be suited to living in a home with other cats, as long as they are happy for a playful little kitty to join them! She has never lived with a dog, however being so young it is possible she could be fine with this if slow introductions are made.
An ideal family for Barbara would be patient and have time to supervise her as she grows. She is litter trained for the most part, but she will occasionally forget where the litter box is if it is too far away or if it's out of sight, so a little more training may be needed in that area.
Barbara's adoption is via PetRescue's Home2Home program and you will be speaking with Barbara's owner when you enquire.
Medical notes
Barbara is up-to-date with all her vet work, and paperwork will be supplied upon adoption.
At her most recent vet visit (Dec 31) the vet noted that Barbara was showing possible flu-like symptoms which will need to be monitored. It is advised that all other cats in the household are up-to-date with their vaccinations.
