Daphne ~ 10 w/o kitten (on trial 9/1/21)

Have you binge-watched the new Netflix series Bridgerton? Meet our Bridgerton siblings, Simon, Daphne, Penelope and Prudence.

Just like the series, these kittens are an absolute smash hit. Friendly, confident, sociable, affectionate, playful, adventurous - absolutely as cute as can be! They were taken in by some neighbours and had excellent care before coming to DRN foster care to find new homes.

They would suit a variety of households, the perfect choice for first time cat owners. They’re an absolute joy to have around.

Much like her namesake, Daphne is absolutely beautiful. She’s the prettiest girl around (and she knows it). She has the most amazing tabby patches on her show white fur.

Daphne is a real smoocher and is the favourite of her male foster carer, who she runs to meet. She loves a scratch or pat, and throws herself on her side for a belly rub.

She’s very playful and hilarious to watch. However, she is probably the calmest and most cautious of her siblings. She is very confident, but perhaps, considers things before she does them. Very lady like of her... fitting for a Duchess.

She’s a happy, healthy little lady, who is sure to be a ray of sunshine in her new home.

While she’s a fairly independent girl, she does love playing and cuddling up with her siblings. Daphne and her sister Penelope are often found snuggled up together, or sharing toys.

There are many benefits to adopting two kittens together - it’s twice the fun with half the effort. If you would like to adopt a pair of kittens, Daphne and Penelope can be adopted together for $450.

Daphne would suit a variety of households, including those with existing pets. Penelope is in a foster home with a resident cat and two cat-friendly dogs, who he has been great with. Proper introductions will be needed for existing pets.

While she would be ok with a houseful with young children, her siblings would be better suited to a more chaotic home (see Prudence, Penelope and Simon). Daphne is a bit of an old soul.

PLEASE NOTE: Daphne is only available to a home in the Newcastle/Hunter/Central Coast area only as he will have to be desexed at one of our local vets by the time she is 4 months old.

Daphne’s adoption fee is $250. This covers her flea and worming treatment, microchipping and first kitten vaccination prior to adoption, as well her desexing procedure in the future.
