From terrified to cheeky, untouchable to lap cat - what a remarkable turnabout our lovely Chilli has achieved! We are very pleased to say that this adorable black and white girl is now ready for adoption.

Chilli is a clever girl, inquisitive and very funny. She insists on sharing most activities with her human. Be it your breakfast, your chest to snooze on for the afternoon and full participation in early morning zoomies on the bed.

Chilli can be naughty so she will need a home where she is not left for long periods on her own. Another cat work be purr-fect for this girl.

Chilli has heaps of energy and will play for hours. A large water bowl will amuse her - she dips her paws in and then licks the water off. So lots of interactive toys in her new home would be good.

The most important thing for Chilli is a stable, loving home. She has had a hard start in life and will need time to adjust to her new surroundings. Loud noises and strangers are not something she is comfortable with.

For this reason we are recommending that Chilli go to a home of only adults or of a family with older teenage children. And whoever does adopt this girl needs to be prepared to be owned by her! Chilli is possessive but she also has so much love to give.

Chilli has been in foster care with older and younger cats and kittens as well as a cat-friendly dog and she is not fazed by any of them, so she would be fine for those who already have a family cat or dog.
