Hi there, I’m Stella and I’m a star! I’m a young and energetic girl who is looking for someone to shower with love and adoration. I get on well with other dogs but I can be a bit exuberant when I play and I don’t necessarily understand when my foster siblings tell me they’ve had enough.
As much as I like my doggy friends my real true love is my human. I’m happiest when I am by their side doing whatever they are doing for every waking moment. I also love pats and belly rubs and I have a weak spot for snuggles and cuddles. I am currently an outside dog but would be very happy being an inside dog.
I’m good around small children and am not fussed by their squeals or indeed any other loud noises such as thunder. However, I do like to chase things that move quickly and I have been known to jump up if I get too excited or if other dogs are occupying my human’s attention. I get a bit anxious when my human isn’t there so I am not suited to being left alone, even if I have another dog for company. I am very smart and learn quickly; I have started crate training and basic obedience and would benefit greatly from a family interested in continuing this with me.
I also love running, swimming, camping and excursions in the car. If you are looking for a loyal and devoted companion that will stick with you on your adventures then I am your girl!
