About Asha
*In foster care in Randwick, Sydney*
Friendly and adventurous, tiny Asha is an explorer at heart! A confident and curious girl who loves to play, she also counts shoes (especially sandals she can squeeze herself through like a tunnel!), television (she'll sit entranced for hours!), and windows (the neighbourhood goings-on are like a second TV!) among her favourite things.
Asha is not generally worried by new places or people, and will make a wonderful companion for an adoring solo person or couple, or a family with children of at least school age.
Like all Maggie's pets, Asha is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I have a very relaxed purrsonality, so I think I'd be happy in most types of cat-loving homes! I've only ever known the indoor life, but access to an enclosure or secure garden area would be an amazing bonus, as the outdoor world looks very exciting!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Like a typical kitten, I go through cycles - napping for hours then playing for hours, then rinse and repeat! When I'm all pooped out I'll often lie down next to you on the couch so you can snuggle me to sleep.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'll be a great match with older children who will respect my space. I'm OK with being picked up, but I do value my independence too and don't like being handled constantly.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: It's been great fun living and playing with my sisters and mum while in foster care, so I'm very open to making a feline friend in my new home! I haven't had the chance to meet any dogs yet.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
