Coco ~ 8mo Fox Terrier X(On Trial 11/1/21))

Coco is a small muscular and athletic 8 month old female Fox Terrier cross weighing in at just under 5kg. She is a friendly, spirited, loyal and intelligent little girl who is very alert and loves to play.

She has lived with 2 other dogs and now resides with one other dog her age and two Border Collies who visit occasionally and join us all on long walks on the beach. She will sit on command and sit for her dinner and comes when she is called. She is good on the lead and always very eager to go for a walk. She is in the process of learning to sit before crossing the road as well as having manners and being patient when meeting other dogs as she is just so happy to see them. She is happy to meet strangers coming to the house and will enjoy a cuddle from them.

Coco has a high energy level and would be very happy if you can meet her exercise needs whether it be through active play, training or walks. She is very easy to wash and groom due to her size and short coat.

She responds well to training and like most puppies this age, she needs interesting toys to play and chew on and activities to prevent unwanted behaviour. She is an inside dog and uses the doggy door during the day and happily sleeps in our laundry at night.

She likes to cuddle on the lounge with our dog or human companions. She is extremely alert and makes a keen watchdog. She sounds the alarm when something is wrong but otherwise rarely barks.

Coco loves attention and is very devoted and protective of her family. She is very people oriented and will not thrive if left home alone for long periods of time.

Due to her size she is not suitable for families with young children. Ideally she would love to share her new home with another dog .

Coco’s adoption fee is $550. She is desexed, microchipped and vaccinated, and she has been treated for fleas and worms. Coco currently lives in the Lake Macquarie area, N.S.W.
