Meet Jess! This darling lady has been in care at the shelter for some time, just learning all about courage! When she first came to us, she was quite shy and reclusive... not anymore! Jess is usually the first cat to greet us when walking into her room, and can sometimes even get overexcited to the point of climbing her cage door! Jess loves to snuggle in (your arms), on (your lap), and around (usually your legs!) anyone she meets, she loves to be cuddled, and has great potential to be a lap loving, bed sleeping companion. She can be a little wary of new people, but warms up very quickly. We recommend that any tiny humans that may be living with Jess come in to the shelter to meet her, and highly recommend slow introductions to other pets.
