Hey Guys and Dolls :D

How do you do? I’m Pickle… and I am looking for my new forever family

Now that we have the formalities over with, let me tell you a little bit about myself
(feels a bit like a Tinder date… just sayin’ 😊 do you like my sexy profile pics? Are you swiping left or right – hmmm *PURRS*)

I am approximately 2 years old and came with my siblings from Rockhampton Pound, so clearly I have had a rocky start to life … lol rocky… get it?

I am a chatty fella, will greet you with a meow or two when you come home and will chat during the day as well if I have the pleasure of your company.
Just to be clear, I am a short conversationist, not like my Siamese bro’s. I do love smooches and purr very contentedly,
(and shhh) you can win me over with rubs under the chin and chest. Sometimes, I will hold your hand with my paws so you don’t stop (my foster carer told me she thinks this is cute). While I will hop on your lap for some special time with you, I may not stay for too long (please understand I can’t be “seen” to be too smoochy, I am a boy you know!) but winter is coming and I do like the extra love and attention, so my foster carer thinks this will increase with time and as I become more trusting and used to being lavished with love and attention.
My foster carer thinks I am a bit of a messy eater and need a placemat as I leave bits of food outside the food bowls sometimes. But I do make this up by using my kitty litter well. A tad fussy, I do like clean kitty litter if I need to go (don’t we all like a clean loo?!) and being an inside only fella, you may wish to provide me with two litter trays (just to be sure).

Playtime is awesome 😊 I love my toys and love you to play with me – lots! I am a bit of a big kid at heart. My foster carer bought me this wonderful bird on a dangly string to chase and I eagerly leap into the air to catch it… its my very own toy and my foster carer says it is mine to keep. I love zoomies and when I am comfortable with you, happily play tag\chasey with you all through the house.. its lots of fun 😊 I do have good energy so this is a good way to keep me entertained.
Happy to be the King of the Castle and the only cat in the home. I am quite chill when you go out, but it is nice to have you home. My foster carer has discovered that I am a bit of a shy boy and will hide if visitors come to the house, so please be patient with me. I am a loving boy and so worth it 😊

I do like my biscuits and will eat raw meat of course and I do drink water from my bowl as long as it is fresh every day (I have been known to drink water from the shower recess if I can get in there… ) Tinned food is a bit hit and miss, to be honest.

I am vaccinated, desexed and am up to date with my worming/flea treatments, the rescue humans have been taking good care of me. Please note that I am an inside only boy…
