Seeking a Chihuahua Experienced Home. No Young Children.

Sandy our 4 year 8 month old male Chihuahua cross (we suspect Jack Russell) is ready to start looking for a life long home. Sandy is a great little dog who is still on the heavy side but is slimming down! He has strong Chihuahua and Terrier traits so not suitable for a home with children. We have found Sandy good with cats (dog savvy one's that don't run) and other dogs (after his initial bluster - hackles up).

Sandy was surrendered due to reported indoor toiletting issues. In PARH Care there have been zero issues. Sandy is crate trained.
Sandy would benefit from a home where someone is home a fair bit and potentially a doggy friend. Sandy does like company. He is a busy little fellow and will alert bark but is not a constant barker.

Sandy's adoption fee is $700 and he goes to his new home vet checked, vaccinated, flea and worm treated, desexed and microchipped.
