About Armani DL2590
Armani is a happy, friendly, and energetic, young boy. Full of beans, he is perfect for an active person or couple. He loves pats, cuddles, and games with you.
He is super smart and a quick learner. He knows sit, shake, and will wait for the cue to eat. He jumps up to say hello, but sits when asked, so he'll soon learn to keep his paws down. We're told he's friendly with kids, but very excitable, so suited to 12yrs+.
Being so active and intelligent, Armani needs lots of activity; exercise daily and plenty of mental stimulation to keep his brain busy and out of mischief. He is very curious and quite capable of anything he puts his mind to... he will keep you on your toes! As Armani is deaf, he will thrive with an owner who has experience training deaf dogs.
He can pull on the lead, so you'll need to work on his lead skills. Given a few days to adjust, he is house trained and can use a doggy door to let himself out when needed. However, he is not comfortable being stuck outdoors and prefers to be indoors with you.
Armani is friendly with other dogs, but hasn't had much chance to socialise yet, so you'll have to help him make new friends. As he doesn't like being left home alone, a dog pal may be just what he needs to help him settle in. He has not been tested with cats.
If you'd love to welcome Armani into your home, email DFLadoption@gmail.com to apply.
