About Olly
Olly is a loveable Larakin and a big goofball. He’s a sweet boy that loves a good tummy scratch and will keep his favourite toys in his mouth for most of the day. He loves to nap in his bed and favourite spot on the couch. Olly is a big boy with lots of personality that requires a very specific owner.
He is a strong boy but is doing very well under his current training. He currently walks on lead with a head halter and is making good progress. Olly knows basic commands but can get easily sidetracked so would he needs someone willing to put in time with his training.
Olly loves to play fetch but doesn’t always bring the ball back to you. You’ll have to chase that one back from him or have two on the go. He needs moderate activity and once he’s burnt out he’ll easily relax on the couch with the family.
Olly isn’t suited to other dogs or pocket pets. No cats and because of his size no small children. He’s great with kids but he’s a large dog and can bowl you over if he’s excited. He can be dog reactive, especially with males. Olly would prefer to be an only child and have no other pets.
Olly is an independent dog. While he adores people he’s quite happy entertaining himself, playing with his favourite toy as well as hide and seek in his backyard. He especially likes to lounge under shrubby bushes. He enjoys treats and seldom chews anything he shouldn’t.
Olly is a very happy and trainable dog. He has so much excitement but he does have good manners. He can get overstimulated sometimes but that’s because he’s very young and still learning. He would benefit from having a large backyard.
