About Zibara
Meet Zibara.
Zibara is a beautiful 2.5 year old desexed male greyhound. He has been surrendered to find his forever home as a companion animal following his retirement from the race world.
Zibara had a short racing career however has not raced in 6 months.
Zibara loves kids - they are his passion and would suit a family with kids who are active and looking for constant adventures.
If your going for a walk; Zibara is in, if you are going for a drive; Zibara is riding shot gun.
Zibara loves to play with his toys and gets along with other dogs. It is advised if there is little dogs in the family already that a slow introduction is initiated.
Zibara is fine to be left alone for periods of time as he does not dig or bark however plenty of toys will be required to keep his busy mind occupied.
Zibara is a very sweet natured boy ready to love his new family and by crikey does he have a lot of love to give!
He will follow the kids everywhere they go and be a live-in babysitter/protector. A family home is a must for this boy as he loves to be in the thick of everything and is quite the socialite!

Adoption details
The adoption process at the Goulburn Mulwaree Animal Shelter is relatively easy. We ask that if you are interested in an animal, please apply via pet rescue, the Shelter staff will then review applications and phone selected applicants for a meet and greet. We do not take expressions of interest over the phone.
Once you have been selected as the right applicant for the animal, all that is required by you is to make a payment at the Animal Shelter by eftpos ONLY (Via phone can be arranged after a meet and greet with the animal), provide details for the microchip and registration paperwork and then pick up your future pet from the Council veterinary service provider once they have been de-sexed and vaccinated, if not already desexed and vaccinated (Council staff will advise you when the animal is booked in at the veterinary clinic.
The following are the re-homing fees for dogs and cats,
Entire Dog (to be desexed after adoption) - $280.00
De-sexed Dog (de-sexed by previous owner) - $180.00
Entire Cat (to be desexed after adoption) - $200.00
De-sexed Cat (de-sexed by previous owner) - $125.00
The following is included with all sales,
Microchipping (identification details will be placed on the NSW Companion Animal Register)
Lifetime Registration (within NSW)
Vaccination
Worm, flea & tick treatment
Vet Check
De-sexing (if required)
Special adoption pack (Full of goodies)
Please Note: All dogs and cats rescued from the Goulburn Mulwaree Animal Shelter are required to be de-sexed. Dogs and cats will not be sold as entire under any circumstances.
