Moo ~ 8wo Mastiff X (adopted 01/21)

Meet Moo a delightful, funny 8 week mixed breed puppy (Lab/Mastiff/Bull Arab), who is in foster care with his sister Molly. These puppies are from a litter of 12 picked up from Quirindi pound before Xmas.

Moo will win you over with his personality and cheekiness. He loves being with people and is a snuggler when tired. Moo will be a medium sized dog and requires early puppy training. Moo is quick to learn and is happy to sleep in his crate all night. He is picking up house toilet training.

Moo will be an energetic puppy that will require daily exercise and would love another dog as a playmate. He loves chasing his foster sister in the garden and plays with all his toys.
He has not shown any reaction to the cat and loves his big foster sister Bella.

Before applying, Moo has some questions for you to consider:
-Have you thought about loving and caring for me for the next 12-15 years - maybe even longer ?
-I am a furever dog
-I won’t be a tiny puppy for long and will get up to mischief as I become a teenager. Are you ready for that?
-Have you thought about my extra puppy meals throughout the day? I’m a growing boy so need at least 3
-Will somebody be home more often than not to keep me socialised?
-I will most likely be a large adult so do you have solid and tall fencing (5-6 foot) to keep me safe? No rural or wire fences as I may be able to push my way through it
-I won’t suit an apartment , courtyards or a small yard. I need a medium to large yard to play and rumble in!
-Have you thought about my ongoing physical training and mental stimulation (enrichment games) so that I don't get bored and destructive?
-Will I have access to inside at all times to ensure that I am a part of your family?
I'm watching and learning from you from the moment I open my eyes. Being inside means that I will learn what leads to praise and reward and what doesn't. Being under supervision also means I learn boundaries (crucial as I grow older) and means I am less likely to develop nuisance behaviours due to boredom.

As Moo is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens areas as he will need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he is approximately 5 months old. Moo is NOT available for long distance or interstate adoption.
