About Nova
Hi world, I'm Nova!
I have recently retired from racing and am now ready to start my new life!
Here's a few things to know about me:
- I am six years young and absolutely stunning. I am a natural beauty with a healthy smile and soulful eyes!
- I walk great on a lead and it has been said that I am a loose leash walking master - I won't pull you down the street and am happy to wander along. I do love my daily (or hopefully, twice daily) walks. Sniffing all the smells along the way I the best!
- I love to play fetch and also tug - a combination of the two is my favourite game! I like to do zoomies around the yard and throw my toys up in the air so I can catch them again! I treat my things with care and respect like a lady should - I don't break any of my toys.
- I am very independent! I don't have to be near you or sitting on top of you all the time. I enjoy being in the presence of my people while still having my own personal space - you could say that I am more than happy to comply with social distancing! While I am am not a big cuddler, I love trotting up to my favourite people for a pat and a snuggle once I get to know them!
- It has been said that I am very well behaved! My foster mum sometimes takes me to work with her and I love to have a snooze in the office while everyone is working. I don't bother anyone while we are there and am happy to say a quick hello in between snoozes!
I hope my forever home will be somewhere I can that I can enjoy regular physical and mental exercise - with lots of love! My foster parents say that I deserve a nice mum and/or dad and a good couch or bed to snooze on =)

Adoption details
Please do not send an "Enquiry". Please instead follow the below steps:
Step 1: Fill in our application form with as much detail as possible - https://forms.gle/sPnL6QS2ik5A5XUR8
Step 2: If suitable, one of our foster carers will contact you via phone to further discuss the dog you have applied for and assess suitability. The same will also be done for other applicants.
Step 3: A meet and greet will then be organised so that you and the dog can meet.
Step 4: Once the meet and greet has been completed, if our team advises that you may be a suitable candidate you will then be required to submit a detailed written application (a template will be emailed to you) - we will then assess all applications and get back to you with an outcome. We may request a home inspection prior to finalising any application.
Dogs are offered for a trial period in new homes for 21 days before the adoption is confirmed.
No entire dogs will be re-homed under any circumstances.
