Hillka is quite possibly the happiest dog in the world. When her tail wags her whole body wags along in agreement. Although she is possibly crossed with a Kelpie with her long ears and tongue, 8 month old Hillka is very much all Staffy in terms of her gorgeous temperament and behaviour.

Hillka is very family oriented and would love a home with children or at least an adult or two that she can spend as much time as possible with, while another dog to keep her company would be a bonus. She has loved every minute spent in her foster home living with children aged 7-12 and an 18 month old male Labrador.

She will need some further training in terms of her toileting and her urge to stand up on two paws to greet her human friends. We wouldn’t imagine it would take long for Hillka to develop perfect manners as she aims to please and likely just needs some consistency in her new home. She is great with other dogs in her ‘pack’ but will bark on the lead when she comes across other dogs so some further socialisation will be needed in that regard. She is untested with cats and other animals.

Hillka absolutely adores human company and is incredibly affectionate with children and adults alike. It might be best if she finds a home with children aged 7 and older simply due to her excitability when it comes to giving and receiving affection but at 14kgs, she is not one to necessarily bowl younger children over.
