Alphaba was a mother cat unable to continue feeding her kittens. Biscuit was an orphaned kitten alone and scared when she was handed in to a local vet clinic. So we decided to bring them together. And magic happened.

Although they are not related to each other, Alphaba and Biscuit share a very strong bond, and we cannot bear to separate them. They found each other at a time when each needed the other – and they have become inseparable.

Alphaba’s kittens had caused bleeding and inflammation of her nipples so we had to make the heartbreaking decision to separate her and bottle-feed her kittens with another carer. That time allowed Alphaba to heal and for her milk to dry up – and not long after we got the call about a gorgeous little tuxedo girl kitten who was in need of a mumma cat.

Alphaba is super gentle and caring for Biscuit, they have a very special relationship. Alphaba grooms, plays with and sleeps with Biscuit cuddled up to her, and they each get anxious when separated.

Alphaba is a sweet and gentle darling. She is very affectionate and very vocal – meowing when she wants affection and demands to be picked up and cuddled, pushing her face into yours. She really likes to be around people – she likes to be near you, sleep on your bed and shower you with love.

Biscuit is an energetic sweet little kitty who loves life - and adores Alphaba. Biscuit has three modes:
• running around and playing with anything she can
• sleeping with Alphaba, and
• following her human around.

Biscuit is a delightful and very funny little girl who will always find a way to get up to mischief. Biscuit is very curious, playful and adorable.

While both Alphaba and Biscuit can be nervous around new people, once they relax and let their guard down they are super sweet and loving with each other - and with you. This dynamic duo would be great in a home of only adults, a single person or a home with older children.

As both are fearful of dogs we do not want them to go to a home with dogs, and they would also need to be the only cats in the home.
