About Morris
Morris is a intelligent and loveable little guy who is easy to train, especially with his love of food. A medium energy level means a good walk a day and some mental stimulation to keep him happy.
Morris walks well on a lead, loves the car, crate trained at night and can sit on command
ASSETS: Affectionate, eager to please, sensitive and extremely sweet! He has a loving, gorgeous nature once he gets to know you and is extremely loyal. Strangers may get a nip so place him outside or on a lead when visitors arrive to continue our training. A firm owner who will pull him up on this, is a must.
FAVOURITE THINGS: Morris loves to get in the car, enjoys his daily walks and is loves treats.
OTHER ANIMALS: He gets on well with other dogs and would be suited to a home with another calm doggy friend who would be the alpha to share his time with.
He is fine with dog-friendly cats that can stand their ground after gentle introduction but Morris also loves to play, so monitor.
GENERAL INFO: Morris is an absolute sweetheart. He is a little timid around new people that he doesn't know so will need a gentle owner who will help him gain his confidence in this area. He is good around calm children but doesn't like it when they get in his face. We would therefore recommend an adult only home or older children. He loves cuddles and rest his head against the side of your leg when he's near to his human.
HOME ESSENTIALS:
*Time: Morris needs an owner who will put in the time to expose him to new experiences and to keep training and socialise him with new people (he can be a little timid when meeting new humans and in new situations). He will need walks each day and someone ready to love him.
*Space: Morris needs a well fenced, secure yard, with some grass and interesting things for him to sniff.
*Love: He needs to be allowed to be inside, to sleep inside and to be included as part of the family.
Morris is house trained as long as he has access to outside.
Morris can be anxious and tends to bark at strange noises he hears. So he will need a owner willing to work on this with him.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
