This non-chalant and handsome gentleman is Motzart - a 14 year old beautiful white Persian with deep green eyes. Motzart is an easy going senior chap who loves to sleep most of the day away.
Motzart is totally deaf - he’s also an independent and often aloof boy (which is typical of his breed). Once he knows you he is happy to receive pats (in typical cat-style he likes pats on his terms !) He’s way too independent to be picked up or be a lapcat. This low maintenance boy just need a warm spot next to you on the couch where he can snooze all day.
Motzart loves his food - getting a meat cube treat in the morning, dry food throughout the day and wet food at night. He lives with a few other cats - including his sister Angel (who is up for adoption separately). He tolerates having the other cats in the house but is mostly content on his own.
He would truly love a retirement home with no other cats so that he can live out his twilight years in peaceful bliss. In his current home he will go outside into the yard and doesn’t stray however in a new home he needs to be an indoor cat - perhaps with a cat-meshed balcony or outdoor area to keep him safe.
Being a senior he would best suit a home with no young kids, possibly a home where the human occupants are also retirees who understand that seniors like to lead a quiet life of leisure in their golden years.
Motzart’s adoption fee is $80 which covers desexing, microchipping, and vaccination. He is located near Gosford on the Central Coast, NSW.
