Nature
Moët is the usual blend of cute, rambunctious, mischievous, gorgeous champagne bubbles of pure joy. He is still shy and hesitant but Moët will happily purr up a storm.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Moët will need a young cat companion to interact with and to teach him good kitty manners. He does not like loud noises, and he has not been around young children. Moët would likely respond well to a cat-savvy dog, with a very slow introduction of course.

Likes / Dislikes
Moët is not too keen on being handled just yet… it’s a matter of a little more time and patience. When cuddled, you can almost hear him go ‘Awww Muuuuuum’- you won’t be able to resist! That said, he is very well behaved when handled. Best results are obtained when you have lovely bits of chicken in your hand OR the magic wand of feathers aptly named the “Da Bird Superwand”; he is enslaved to this toy, but definitely do not leave him with it unsupervised!

Moët adores his food: tuna flavour is best (Leaps & Bounds or Royal Canin Kitten.) Kitten milk is great after a heavy play session, and top up snacks courtesy of Royal Canin Kitten biscuits; suitably re-charged, he will be good to go with zoomies through his play tunnel for another 30 minutes before he falls into his cat tree bed. Sooooo irresistible when he is asleep.
Moët has only ever used Breeders Choice kitty litter, but any recycled paper litter will be fine. He is such a good boy & has never had a toileting ‘accident’.

My PURR-fect home would be with another young cat to keep me company. I absolutely love love loves my toys, my beds and my many cat trees; and I will come to love my furever parents in no time.

*Möet’s adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, vaccination, microchip, flea and worm treatment.

Medical Notes: Möet will need to undergo rotational pedicle skin graft to repair upper eyelid agenisis (lack of eyelids) at six months of age with our ophthalmologist at Swanbourne Vet, this will be arranged by the rescue. Until this time, his eyes need to be kept clean on a daily basis and Chlorsig ointment used as required to control any recurrent discharge.
